What is the minimum order for custom printed balloons?
Our minimum order is 100 balloons in total. Where the product builder allows multiple balloon colours, you can split your total quantity between your chosen colours.
Can I mix different balloon colours?
Yes. On supported products you can choose multiple balloon colours and specify how your total quantity should be divided between them. The minimum applies to the complete order, not to every individual colour.
What size are the custom printed balloons?
Our standard custom printed balloon range uses 12 inch / approximately 30cm latex balloons when correctly inflated.
How long does custom balloon printing take?
Our standard production lead time is approximately 5–7 working days. Courier delivery time is additional and depends on your location and selected delivery service.
Can you print my company logo?
Yes. Upload your logo or artwork while configuring the product. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, upload what you have and our team will do our best to make it work.
Do you offer full-colour balloon printing?
We use professional screen printing rather than full-colour digital printing. Depending on the product selected, you can choose from 1 to 4 spot print colours or printing on multiple sides.
Can the balloons be inflated with helium?
Yes. 12" latex balloons can be inflated with air or helium. Balloon Oomf and helium-related accessories are also available as optional add-ons on selected custom balloon products.
Where do you deliver custom printed balloons?
We courier custom printed balloon orders throughout South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha and regional areas.
